Do I have to sign a contract?
No. We don't do contracts — everything ongoing is month to month. That's it. It's the question we get asked most, and it's the easiest one to answer.
Do I own the equipment?
Yes — completely. Nothing is rented, nothing gets repossessed, and if you ever cancel monitoring, the system on your walls keeps working for you. This is the second question everyone asks, usually right after contracts.
What if I change my mind after the install?
We have a 100% money-back guarantee. If you're not happy, we take everything out, patch every hole we made, and refund your invoice. That guarantee has been part of how ALS works since the beginning.
What happens if something breaks?
For the first two years, we fix it free — parts AND labor. After that, you call a local number and reach people who know your system, not a national queue. We're here for repairs on systems we didn't even install.
